There is some disconsonance b/w Avast and my broadcom wireless adapter. Though the necessary changes have been made to the avast.ini file esp(always connected =1 etc) at every startup the adapter rotating donut takes a very long time and avast systray icon never shows up os-win7 x 64. I have reverted back to 1483. Developers please look into this.
Am I the only one facing this Adapter problem in Win7 x 64 ultimate?
Once again today , after a restart the adapter icon took a huge time to stabilise , and the AVAST icon did not load to the systray. But it showed up in the task manager. I had to close and restart the AVAST UI to get it back at the systray. Would want to know whether this 1489 Avast event is experienced due to something being wrong somewhere. Thanks.
Can some one guide to what is to be checked with the wireless adapter if something is in it …for example NIC. Some gentleman was trying to help , but discarded the communication soon after in some other post of mine…
Have you checked your system vendors download site for the latest Broadcom driver ? some of the more modern wireless cards also have a coexistence driver for compatibility with the bluetooth software so you could check to see if that requires updating as well if you have it.
