I am a customet of Avast products, live in Brazil, an acquire these products via Avast Online.
The last purchase, Avast Antivirus, the charge was made in duplicate! I tried to resolve via my bank, they recognized the duplication (two identical charges, same vendor, same date & time) and issued me the credit of one. But now, Avast replied that it was for two different purchases, and the bank debited my account again.
Can anyone help me on fixing this problem!

I´ve spent MANY hours trying to resolve this, I think it is fair that someone from Avast get involved and put some effort too.
