Avast antivirus Service go to stop.

Hi

I completely reinstall the avast internet security , I used avastclear application for remove, I had problem with VPN secure that doesn’t work but antivirus service was ok.
Now the VPN appears ok but after some minutes the Avast antivirus service is stopped and the protection is off.
I checked the partition with AVG rescue and avira rescue disk, it tested with malwarebyte but didn’t find nothing .
Op system windows 10.

someone can help me ?

Thank I resolved the problem.
I followed the guide for clean and reinstall.
This procedure it is second time that I do but the last time I used Avast Internet security Offline package, not pre activated that I downloaded from my profile.
probably There is something of different.
