Avast Auto-Renewal

I am Tri, a customer in VietNam. Today, I write this email to ask you about Auto-Renewal Order Service.
First, I am a Vietnamese, so my English skills are not good. I hope you will try to read and understand my aspiration.
Second, the main idea. For 1 year ago, I registered and purchased your product is Avast pro but in that time I used with trial version. Today, on 3rd March. 2015; I received an email with content avast auto-renewal with fee is $49.99. I know this is my fault, but I hope you will sympathetic because I can’t read and understand everything in Privacy Policy.
Third, I hope you can refund my money and retrieve my subscription. Because I’m a student and I need that money to pay university fee, as you know, with $49.99 I can pay a half of semester at University in VietNam so it is an important money for my life. I hope you will refund my money for me to pay school fee.
