so i have seen other posted and have scanned numerous different scans but can not seem to get rid of this pop up.
it also happens when i try and run my backup software ( which is what caught my eye) and other anti malware/virus/spyware programs. How ever i am able to open up all of these programs in safe mode.
i have nothing running in my msconfig start up or services.
machine is running windows 7 pro.
any insight on what i may have over looked.
Adware has adjusted group policy probably
Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
[*]Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Select additions at the bottom
[*]Press Scan button.

the scan just finished so your timing is perfect. up front i would like to thank you for helping me out with this headache i have been having.

It looks as though WMI service has been damaged as well… But we will fix that next
After the FRST reboot let me know if Avast is up and running
CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer
Download the attached Fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that
avast opened up after reboot. thank you !! attached is the fix log

Run the programme
Then run a fresh FRST scan, no need for the additions txt
