the Avast antivirus incorrectly mark .exe file as threat. I send .exe file to Avast, but their answer did not come. It is very big problem for our customers, because they cannot working in his accounting software. I try registrated into Avast whitelisting program, but is there some a quicker way to contact Avast? Could you help me with this problem?

We cannot help you speed up this routine. We are just volunteers here on the official avast forums.
The final verdict lies with avast team members. We here are not.
Only avast team members can solve problems with (potential) FP’s or come and unblock.
One thing that could help. Question. Has that program been digitally signed in some way or another?
This could help enormously in avoiding such problems also for the future.

which channel did you use to send the file, please? The whitelisting program (https://www.avast.com/whitelist-program-registration) or https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php or some other? Can you post the sha256 of the file or Virustotal (virustotal.com) link analysis to identify the file, please?
