Avast blocking legal sites

I am trying to contact a help page but Avast blocks it. The page is a VPN contact address and is legal not a malvertising URL. zoog.info is the page. I now have to turn off Avast to access the page.

Avast has a habit of blocking legal sites and telling us there is a threat. I don’t think it knows what is a threat or not.

Avast STILL BLOCKING ACCESS TO THE SITE. It is VPN for God’s sake. STOP BLOCKING IT.

It says that it has url.Malvertising. That is False so please quit blocking when I need to update the app.
