I’m honestly at my limit with this and hoping someone here can help or escalate.
Our member login page (https://www.housingalerts.com/members) has been flagged as URL:Phishing by Avast Web Guard for over a week now. We’ve had multiple people on our team submit false positive reports through the official form and nothing happened.
So we actually dug in and found the problem ourselves. Our developer identified the specific element on the page that was triggering Avast’s phishing heuristic and removed it. The fix went live today. We even created a clean test page on the same domain to verify, and that loads perfectly with Avast active.
But the original /members page is STILL being blocked. Same URL:Phishing detection. Detection ID: c2788fd0b270/2026-06-24T13:34:03.260Z
At this point it’s clearly a caching issue on Avast’s end. The page is clean. VirusTotal, Google Safe Browsing, Sucuri, and URLVoid all confirm it’s clean. The only thing blocking it is Avast’s cached reputation for that URL.
We’re a real estate company that’s been around since 2006. This is just our members login page. Our paying subscribers are getting blocked from their own accounts and we don’t know how many customers we’ve already lost because of this.
Is there any way to get someone from Threat Labs to manually re-scan this URL and clear the cached reputation? We’ve done everything on our end. We just need Avast to re-check the page now that it’s been fixed.
Any help is really appreciated.
