SCNR, but… $55 for this? ??? ::slight_smile:

Panda USB and AutoRun Vaccine - $0.00 without any snake-oil included
USB Guardian - $0.00 including a bit of snake oil

hey it blocks autorun.inf without paid version…only for advanced functions u need to buy it.i didnt know of panda and snake oils before ::slight_smile:

u forgot the main objective of the post…Avast shows a legit software as malware…and tat must be corrected because they say a single avast virus definition can detect 1000s of viruses, so it may be possible tat a single false positive may cause much more problems

btw wats snake oil??? ;D :smiley:

If you go to the chest and right-click on the quarantined sample, you can submit it to avast as false positive.

Snake oil: 1, 2 :stuck_out_tongue:

yes ive submitted false positives many many times, ive found it not much effective in the past… :frowning: thats y im in forums…

hey vaccine is only against autorun.inf… usb disk security blocks most types of viruses and has memory guard too, for free…for disk cleanup and registry repair only u need paid version

Yeah, that’s the snake-oil part… :stuck_out_tongue:

Problem solved in 100507-0 ;D ;D ;D
