Avast Browser Cleanup

Avast Browser Cleanup is running automatically on my PC. Is there any way to change this so that it runs only on demand? Or failing that, to reduce the frequency. I can’t see anything in Settings to control this.

I just updated avast! Free to the latest version: 2014.9.0.2020
Went to the browser Cleanup tool and here is my choice ???

Chrome is my default browser and Google is my default search engine ???
I was told this was corrected.

Actually, I’ve now found a setting “Check my browsers regularly for toolbars with bad user ratings”. So problem solved. (Could have sworn that wasn’t there before!)
