Avast Business Antivirus - Managed fails to load on start-up after Avast update

Avast Business Antivirus - Managed fails to load on start-up.
Avast AV installation worked fine on 23 Jan 2020.
Problem occured after latest Avast update.

  • Tray Icon Message: You are unprotected
  • Screen Console will not launch…
  • Screen message “Loading. This shouldn’t take long”
  • No change after 1 hour
  • No change after reboot

I’d recommend creating a case at https://www.avast.com/business-support-contact if you haven’t done so already. We’ll probably need log files following the instructions of Submitting a support file using the Avast Support Tool
