there is not much news to share with you about this release.
The main focus was to make the cloud backend compatible with upcoming AV 17.8 release.
On the background (hidden for public) we were working on “Cloud 2 Cloud upgrade” - 1-click upgrade functionality which will take you from all kind of Basic Antivirus & (Premium) Endpoint security editions to the new Avast Business editions. We are testing the procedure internally right now.
Other than that minor bugs were fixed and the notification icon is now more contrast.
Awaiting new version 4.3 next week.

What happen with customers that have Avast Business On-Premise Console in version 4.0.100? Are AV 17.8 agents compatibles with console 4.0.100?
Good question. Yes, Avast Business On-Premise Console is compatible with latest Windows AV 17.8 and MacOS X version 13.1 as well. The changes were needed as a side-effect of cloud backend refactoring and optimisation.
