Hi,

Avast Business Cloud Management Console 6.4 has just been released today (7th November). This release delivers a back-end enhancements and a bug fix:

Enhancements

  • Back-end process of agent installation to devices after station has registered to our back-end.

Bug Fix

Fixed: Antivirus installation will not fail if some setting is deleted in the console (edge case).

Can you please tell me where in the console to configure file exclusions when creating a scan task? Where to look at the created tickets?

I asked a support question, sent an email from the ticket numbers, and where there is no link to watch it

Can someone please tell me how to get cloudcare off of my computer without disabling my internet connection. I’ve asked this a couple of times already and my comments have been deleted.
