avast call blocker

Hiya.
Avast call blocker is, more often than not, giving me a ring (sometimes 1/2 a ring) upon incoming calls.
It usually turns on my display, which is not a nuisance but could guide you in my troubleshooting.
Personally, I think it had something to do with priorities involving the native call handler and avast call blocker.
What do you think is the problem? Is there a workaround? Could be a rooted call blocker?
I heard of another person with this issue.

Yes, some devices (LG, HTC) works on other radio firmwares which allows to connect other types of incoming calls so the system app will ring first and sends the information about incoming call after where we are waiting for block it. We can do nothing with it.
