One of the viruses is causing a re direct when clicking on google links. The STEAM one seems to be a false positive. What about the others are they safe to delete or is my computer going to not reboot?

The first one is a Zero Access dropper file so you may have an infection causing the redirects
My question is how do I get rid of them without harming my PC? Because Avast doesn’t repair anything. Do I have to get another virus program? Or are they safe to delete?
