The latest avast version causes ‘System busy’ error in Chrome while downloading the files. If I’ll turn avast shields off all is working fine.

Win 10 RTM 32bit, Avast v2016
Can anybody please try to reproduce this issue to be sure if it’s just my PC problem?
I’ve tried to download the file with the lastest avast and google chrome on my Win7 32bit:
-the first time chrome at the finish tell me operation failed
-the secon and third time it was successull
Windows XP SP3 with latest Avast! IS and Chrome:
The first attempt was “error to download file”. The second attempt it was successull.
I have this problem when I download all .exe files. When I turn off avast shields, files (.exe) was download.
Thank you guys, unfortunately I can’t download this file neither first time nor the second. It’ll be cool if someone will try to reproduce it on windows 10.

OK, so I guess you’ve finally managed to download the file ???
Unfortunately no, still getting ‘System busy’ error at the finish. I was able to manage that it causes avast File system shield.
Sill no reply from avast team?
