I have purchased Avast Clean Up and cannot install it. I cannot see the Avast Icon in the System Tray. I have Windows 10 and Avast Free Anti Virus. I have an activation code but cannot get to page to insert it.
Can anybody Help

As avast has explained there are many problems with the latest version.
“Solution” for now is to install the previous version and wait till a new version with fixes is released.
yo tenia el AVG durante años y nunca tuve problemas!!! ahora unos que me instalaron un disco rigido nuevo e hicieron “pelota” la pc , me instalaron el Avast gratuito, y yo que soy mas ineficiente que ellos, pague para instalarme todo lo de avast, premier, clean , contraseñas y que se yo que mas, AHORA NO PUEDO ABRIR NINGUNO!!! ENCIMA ES EN INGLES!!! alguien puede ayudarme?
