Avast Cleanup Android: Thumbnails file still growing, tried everything

So I’ve enabled all the permissions, done a Deep Clean, deleted all photos on the device, and still the Thumbnails file/folder continues to grow. It was at 2.1 gb at the start of the month and has now grown to 2.15 gb. This happened on my last Android phone as well.

Any Dev thoughts?
