Recovery help needed, please.
I just purchased the one month trial of the cleanup tool. After it completed and rebooted, I get several errors at boot time, once Windows loads and I log in. These all reference:
“The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b). Click OK to close the application.”
One of these is also for Avast itself (AvastUI.exe).
Somehow, this cleanup also turned off my system restore, and thus I have no restore points to try to restore from.
How can I get Avast to startup again, and once I do, does it have the ability to undo the changes that were made with this cleanup?
