Avast Cleanup Premium Activation Code

On 11-22-2018 I purchased Avast Cleanup Premium . I immediately received an email with the order confirmation and a note that stated "unfortunately we are unable to provide an activation code at this time " . The email stated the code would be available online at Avast within 48 hours . After 48 hours and no receipt of code I called customer service and was told they were working on the situation . It is now 96 hours after purchase and customer service told me to wait another 24 hours .Very poor business practice .I am sure Avast would not allow me to continually keep telling them to wait 24 hours for payment .Please do not respond with " contact customer support " as they have been of no use .

On a side note… the email they sent after contacting customer support to rate my experience takes me to an error page ;D
