0n 06/01/2025 I signed and paid a yearly subscription to Avast Ultimate VIP (Included Apps Avast Driver Updater, Avast Breach Guard, Avast Cleanup Premium, Avast Secure Line VPN, Avast Premium Security, Avast Anti Track), clearly valid until 06/01/2026 (see details of said subscription in my Avast Account (marinimafe45@gmail.com).
Unfortunately in these days I am facing un unexpected problem. Since 18/09/2025 the operability of Avast Clean Up Premium, (application included in the 2025 subscription paid by me on 6 January 2025 as recorded in my Avast Account) is limited to the scanning and to get full operability of all functions of said application I am requested to pay a 1,49 € monthly fee, in spite of the missing 110 days of validity of my subscription to 2025 Avast Cleanup Premium.
I am really upset for this situation. The non-full operability of the Avast Ultimate VIP subscription to me means a 30% unacceptable increase of price but mostly an unacceptable increase of risk for my archives that I had planned to avoid with the subscriptions to Avast applications to reduce any possible trouble and/or fraud for my files made by hackers.
Therefore I am asking Avast to investigate the reasons for said non-full operability of my 2025 Avast Cleanup Premium subscription included in Avast Ultimate VIP and make it fully operable up to the last already paid day.
