Just tried to install “avast_cleanup_setup.exe”.
(payed version: Avast Cleanup Premium)
Result: “Runtime Error (at -1:0):”, Cannot Import…
Please see attach: “Cleanup_Setup_ Log.txt”.
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Hi,
we looked at the log you provided and it seems like a very weird fail which might be caused by the fact that you already have an old version of AVG PC TuneUp installed on your PC.
I am not sure if that is the case or not, however could you please try to download the installation package from our websites: https://www.avast.com/download-thank-you.php?product=CLP-01&locale=en-ww and install it manually?
If that will work for you, you have to then activate your product which is described here: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/205/ .
Please let us know whether you were successful or not.

Unfortunately the new installation was not successful.
Following Your suggestion, i have downloaded the installation package from Your websites and tryed to install it.
(By the way, it is the same file i tried to install on 09. July 2019)
The same Result: “Runtime Error (at -1:0):”, Cannot Import…
“Cannot Import dll:C:\Windows\TEMP\is-2TIK0.tmp\TULicKeyHelperx.dll.”
The strange thing is, that now there is no “Setup Log” in the "c:\Windows\Temp" Folder…
“dll:” and “TULicKeyHelperx.dll”
Does the “AVAST Cleanup” need this .dll?
If there is so, where can i download it?
Your ongoing help would be greatly appreciated.

well that’s a pitty that you cannot install it even from the product downloaded from the web.
We prepared a package that should not require the .dll which keeps on failing during your installation so you can try to install it.
