I installed the 30 day trial and ran this cleanup tool, and lost access to my computer. I have since fixed this, but have no intent on ever using this again, and certainly had no desire to pay a full of this, which I was just charged for.
I have replied to the email confirmation of this purchase asking for an immediate refund, and removal of functionality of this add-on software, but have not heard back. Seems Avast only follows timely responses when they are charging you for something you don’t want.
How do I submit this request, to get this refund processed? The total was $41.99.
Order# was 39850594700. You can credit the same card that was charged.
