Sending this ‘in the blind’ in hopes that someone from Customer Service/Feedback reads it, as I can find no simple way to simply send a message from the product or account pages. I purchase the multi-device license for Cleanup and installed on my two Windows machines. Could download the Mac version of the *.dmg file on my two iPads but not install…it may be that I’m slow, but I thought IOS was IOS and Mac would work on iPad/iPhone. It is not easily apparent to the casual observer that Cleanup will not install on an mobile IOS device, only Mac. Got thru to tech support and had that explained to me - would really have been nice to know when I made the purchase. Suggest you make that bit of information somewhat easier to find/understand for future customers. Good experience with tech support…that’s a plus!
