I “purchased” an Avast Cleanup trial without logging into my account. I have a subscription available on my computer, everything works fine, but the trial period ends in a few days and I got a message that I will be charged. Currently I don’t need Cleanup anymore but I can’t unsubscribe because it doesn’t appear in the “My Subscriptions” tab
In my case I could not utilize the trial period because it would direct me to a prompt that says to purchase it…now the free trial period is about to end but I can’t unsubscribe because it doesn’t appear in my subscription tab. I want to unsubscribe and I have been through the FAQ pages all for naught.
