I received an email tonight from Cleverbridge/AVAST software stating my payment of $59.99 that is coming due on 12/13/2020 to be paid on credit card XXXXXX cannot be processed because the card is expiring.
The email asks me to update my payment information.
I have NOT requested to purchase AVAST, I had the paid version over 3 years ago, canceled, and have been using the free version since.
This sounds like phishing, is it?
I need help please.
