I had an avast client that wasn’t updating. I created a task for it to update the program. It did. Successfully. 15 hours ago. Yet it still says this client program software is more than 21 days out of date. How is it possible that having done an update less than 15 hours ago it can be more than 21 days out of date (ie. no better than it was before I started)?

I think there’s a problem with the portal and clients not talking - there is another thread going where many people are experiencing a disconnect between client and portal.
