Avast CloudCare client showing Your Subscription has Expired, but CC portal says no problem

Anyone else had issue recently where the client software says ‘Your Subscription has Expired’ (only can be spotted when open the software) but the CloudCare portal seems blissfully unaware of any problems? I have had 2 or three recently, only solution has been uninstall and re-install.
I am just trying re-authenticate on another I have just spotted! Only spotted as it said AV definitions not updated - on the others I happened ot be remotely controlling for different support issue.

We haven’t seen that yet. Does it make any difference if it is a monthly or annual subscription?

We have not seen this issue yet either.
