This Avast CloudCare section is only for direct customers! Avast/AVG partners/resellers should only use the Avast Business CloudCare Community forum in the top-right corner after you log into your Avast CloudCare portal at https://us.cloudcare.avg.com/ (Americas) or https://de.cloudcare.avg.com/ (Europe).

By default, the Avast Business CloudCare web console will overwrite settings in the local Avast Business CloudCare clients, so all settings should be changed in the Avast Business CloudCare web console and not in the local Avast Business CloudCare clients. Please allow adequate time for the Avast Business CloudCare web console to synchronize changed settings with the Avast Business CloudCare clients.

Is CloudCare only for AVG users or are there links for Avast users as well?

CloudCare now uses the Avast Business Antivirus client. AVG CloudCare is considered legacy and no longer supported, so we highly recommend all of our users to update to the latest client, which is currently 18.8.2546 client version and 4.11.40 CloudCare Agent version.

How do I renew my content filtering licenses? There doesn’t seem to be any way to do this from the Avast Business CloudCare site? :frowning:
