Avast.com reporting antitheft not installed when it is.

Hi,

Have been using avast mobile with anti theft module for sometime but a few months ago after updating, avast.com was reporting my anti theft module as uninstalled, this is in spite of the fact that notifications tab reports that anti theft has been enabled.

I’ts a mystery to me?

same issue here. I have two almost identical devices. but the second one never appears as installed on the portal.

SOLVED:

Disconnect your phone from my.avast through mobile security setting on phone then reconnect
Worked for me :slight_smile:
