Avast/Comodo confilcts?

Hey,

Just wondering what, if any, setting or exclusions I might need to make for Avast to run Comdod v3. I had issues with v2 and found on the forum board instructions to add exclusion(s) which remedied some weird conflict that was stopping Comdo v2 from fully loading. I also intend on posting this on the Comodo board but would love feedback from the Avast team!!! By the way, glad you are making sure the next Avast version will run properly before releasing any finals!!! ;D

just to state that I’m using avast pro and the latest update version of comodo3 with no problem at all on Vista home premium

I use COMODO FW v3 with AVAST! Home ed. without problems.

This is my super security combo:

  1. Avast Free 4.7.1xxx
  2. Comodo Firewall 3.0.xx.xxx (Defense+ ON)
  3. Comodo BoClean 4.25
    All works perfectly smooth. ;D

i have comodo firewall v3 d+ on spyware doctor standard avast 4.7 all put on pc at same time pc is slow now i think it is comodo

The problem is spyware doctor, not CFW. CFW only slow the boot, but after is very lighter. Spyware doctor is a very good antispyware, but uses a lot of resources.

what should i replace it with

SuperAntispyware (free without the resident)
SpywareTerminator (free)
Or even AVGas or a-squared (I don’t recommend the paid version of both).

I use Spyware Terminator as do some others but there are those who like SAS better. Both are good and for me, it is just a personal preference.

i downloaded terminator i like it spyware doctor is gone and BOOM!!! computer is much faster
