Since the new patch some clients are missing components while others work fine, any idea of what might be doing this?
Reparing and reistaling does not work.
I have just noticed the same. Telling me that webshield is now awaiting installation and is disabled on both our servers.
Please can someone advise?
Are your settings set to install those components on Windows Server? By default those shields are not installed on Windows Server for server software compatibility reasons.
In my case, I have many experience with Avast Business standalone version. (Managed version had no issues).
some features was gone in the menu.
Many of our customers were reporting conflicts/issues with our Mail Shield and Web Shield on server OSes so our devs decided to remove those components because they’re designed for workstation OSes (such as Windows 10).
