Avast connection problem from Web

I have installed Avast mobile security at a Samsung S6, I have connected to my web account, the phone is seen on screen, but when i send a command (eg retrieve calls) it says “command could not have been delivered”

What could be the problem?

Hi, please try to reconnect your device:

  • open the app → tap on Menu → Avast Account → Disconnect → Sign out
  • select exactly the same method for login you use on my.avast.com (with Google, Facebook, or E-mail)
  • follow on-screen instructions to link the app to your My Avast Account again

I did. I also logged from a different account (the one I write now)

When I log it does say that the last communication is “1 minute ago” but after that it seems that it stops communicating.

I have also install it in another phone at works fine.

Ok then, you can try to add the app to the “Unmonitored apps” list in Device Maintenance - so that nothing kills it in the background.

  • go to your device´s settings
  • tap on “Device Maintenance”
  • select “Battery”
  • at the bottom tap on “Unmonitored apps”
  • add the app to the list

Above all solutions not working for me, Please help?

Provide some details… (Device, Android version, AMS version, etc.)
