Since Chrome will no longer support Silverlight plugin, will the Avast protection suite console work on Chrome at any time in the near future??
avast has nothing to do with Silverlight, so yes it will keep working.
Besides, it is not a matter of Chrome supporting Silverlight.
It is Microsoft who has to develop a Silverlight plug-in that is compatible with Chrome.
In my opinion both Silverlight and Flash are obsolete since the introduction of HTML5.
Then why do I have to install Silverlight to get the Avast Console to run?
