Avast crashing my Mac Mini M2 Pro

I have a slight problem. Whenever I try to launch a game made with Unity through Steam on my Mac Mini M2 Pro, the entire computer crashes and reboots. I’ve been reading through the crash report and found the culprit in these lines:

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
