Avast Customer Service

Has anyone else experienced extremely poor customer service from DigitalRiver regarding Avast Enpoint. I’ve requested refund assistance twice and have yet to get any response (other than the typical auto…thank you for contacting us, someone will contact you soon).

While I have have to take part of the blame for not processing my renewal order properly, to not respond at all is terrible customer service. Good product or not, I won’t be recommending or using Avast products in the future.

Digital River and Nextway don’t handle refund requests.
Only avast does.

I’ve requested help using the avast support ticket portal twice. The first was 21 days ago, the second was 5 days ago! I’ll just spread the word for people not to use Avast.
