Has anyone else experienced extremely poor customer service from DigitalRiver regarding Avast Enpoint. I’ve requested refund assistance twice and have yet to get any response (other than the typical auto…thank you for contacting us, someone will contact you soon).
While I have have to take part of the blame for not processing my renewal order properly, to not respond at all is terrible customer service. Good product or not, I won’t be recommending or using Avast products in the future.
