avast customer & technical support not providing service.

hi,
i bought an avast premier license and found out it is blocking the debug option when using eclipse.
i opened a ticket in technical support. the person who should have been helping me gave me general solutions that didnt deal with the problem and wasn’t active at trying to help my problem. after some time avast issued an update and the i managed to use debug so i closed the ticket.
the very same day the debug option wasn’t working again.
i have seen this issue isn’t fixed i read about it in forums and decided to ask for a refund or a fix for the issue.
i reopened a ticket for support and for customer service.

that was on the 11’th of january. i got no respond.
why is there no service?? why cant you fix the problem or give me a refund???
why is there no reply to the ticket i opened almost three weeks ago??

The problem should be fixed in the latest version. (2014.9.0.2013)

I’m using a new version of avast 17.1.2886. but i’m still having the same issue.
Has this resurfaced again?
