Avast - Data Shredder Not undertaking the "Clean Free Disk Space" Option AGAIN

Updated a few weeks ago - no issue just had the new up date available - Fine!

Im on win 10 - no other issues only that the “Clean Free Disk Space” option tries to start when I call it for the system drive (“C”) . Its allowing single file “Shred with Avast” command but free space has stopped functioning - its just reports “Operation Not Complete”

Anyone else or Avast guys any ideas I’ve tried everything except praying

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.
