Avast "delete" command is not working

hello,

i’am trying do wipe my htc one x over the AVast Website. I send the “delete” Command and its successfully transmitted to the phone. But nothing is happening i think…i cant see whats up on the Phone because the Display is dead…i only know that its normally booting and working, because i can grab Picutres with the Avast Command “get photo”.

i want to sell the phone on ebay but i want to delete my data on it…i habe no physically access on the phone. Only via Avast Website but the “delete” Command is not working???

as you can’t try “Fix connection problems” in Anti-Theft → avast! Account, I recommend to send the corresponding SMS command

2222 wipe
(replace 2222 with own avast! PIN)

hi,

the problem is the simcard isnt in the phone anymore. i still have the simcard but if i insert it now, i think i would need to type in the Pin Code. but this is not possible because display is dead :frowning:
