AVAST DETECTED IT as a virus BUT UNABLED TO REMOVE

Sir,
i was using Avast free from last one yr. Last monday i downloaded a file from PICKTORRNT [http://www.picktorrent.com/download/99/2530198/windows-xp-sp3-genuine-forever-works-for-xp-pro-+-home-zip/ ]
Avast detected it as a TROJAN but wen i select delete or REMOVE option it showed d same msg again, i rebooted my PC enabling BOOT scan it also detected it and REMOVED’ i was happy because i thought it removed dat thing and i didn’t get any warning massege later.
But on Tuesday wen i switched on MY pc i got same msg again n again, i manually deleted dat folder but even though doing dat it showed warning msg.
Also i couldn’t able to boot my WINDOWS 7 next time so i reinstalled WIN 7 and now i installed AVIRA personal. But sadly AVIRA couldn’t even showed any msgs regarding dat file after downloading it from same site again.
i scaned using Avira wic came up wid NO VIRUS msg…
:-\

So CAN ANY ONE HELP ME!!! ??? :-\

Is DAT WAS A FALSE ALARM OR IT WAS A VIRUS, am in a real DILEMMA now wic is right AVAST or AVIRA???
plz answer me after personally checking dat file in ur PC

THANX IN ADVANCE n VRY VRY SORRY FIR MY BAD ENGLISH??? ???

with a file name like that Avast was probably right

you can upload file(s) to www.virustotal.com and test with 43 malware scanners ( max 20mb )

alternative

http://virscan.org/
http://virusscan.jotti.org/ru

I doubt whether he/she would be able to do a virustotal scan of that file as it would be almost 700MB.

No sir it is only about 885KB file

am uploading it to dat website

one more thing yesterday i scanned it using KASPERSKY internet security TRIAL wic also SHOWED IT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY VIRUS

here is the result from virustotal.com

Is it a crack?

Torrent sites are a great way to get malware infections … and you went to the same site and downloaded the same infected file 2 times? ???
