Avast detects "Unnecessary applications"

Avast is telling me that I have 22 Unnecessary (“System toolbar”) applications in this registry folder:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\PreApproved
They all have long names with random characters.

Does anyone know what they are and whether they should be deleted as Avast suggests?

Thank you.

Thank you, very helpful.
Though I don’t use “Grime fighter”, I was considering whether or not to manually delete those “Toolbars”, but if it does no harm to keep them (contrary to what Avast says) I won’t bother with them.
