You’re creating an .msi package for the Avast client? I am not completely sure I understand. Internet access isn’t necessary to generate the client, but if you want to distribute it using the Internet, you will need to upload it to a web or FTP server that the users can access. Or (if it’s not too big) maybe send it as an email attachment?
