For some reason when Mail Shield and scan secure locations is clicked I can’t get IMAP mail. Turn it off no problem. I have the certificates in Thunderbird and Firefox. Can someone help? Thanks.
Can you make sure yoiu are updated the latest program build (38501) and report if the issue is still present?
The last week Apple released security update 2013-001 which deletes Avast CA from system keychain on 10.6.x and possibly on other OS X versions. The mentioned avast update should fix it.
