avast doesn't block sites that I set to block.

I set to block those sites concerned to HotspotShield. But it doesn’t work. Avast 7 blocked those sites.
For example, 1. http://www.techbrowsing.com/? 2. http://box.anchorfree.net/* 3.http://rss2search.com/tech/*

I don’t know why?
