I have downloaded Avast Driver Updater but it won’t install after multiple attempts. I had a “Chat” this morning, but now I cannot find that to do a follow up. The phone line (0808 169 2289) “has not been recognised” I get told to check my internet connection which is OK and get error codes 12030 and 44001. I want to cancel but it is not obvious how to do this. AVAST IS ANYONE THERE LISTENING??? Or do I need to contact a Consumer helpline to get them to sort you out?

It’s likely a connection block. Try Avastclear in safe mode then reinstall or cancel from the account page.
Same problem. Impossibole to have a contact even uf the service you paid donesnt wortk. As a manner to steal the consummer.
