I got this message when trying to download the setup file for driver update:

When I bypassed that message my router does the same thing and denies me access. What gives? does Avast use unsafe hosting sites?

Still get the message" avastdriverupdater.exe is unsafe to download and was blocked by Windows Defender Smart Screen".
When you pay for software you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get it!
