Avast Driver Updater cannot update my PCI Express Root Complex
(Original version 10.0.19041.1949 by Microsoft, Driver Updater detected Version 2.0.0.100 by Intel)
When I try to update it, the Updater skip that particular driver. Even after I click “Do not skip” it would just skip it and act as if the driver is not updated.

Hi, the problem is a Windows internal “ranking error”. Please skip this driver. Thank you!
Not sure what that means but Driver Updater doesn’t show PCI Express Root Complex notification anymore, so thank you I guess.
