Thought i had installed the paid version until updater expired after 30 days.
Now I tried to insert the activation code it wont accept.
On My Subscriptions pages, it says “Your subscription isn’t being used on any device. Why not install and activate the app now?”.
when I down load the updater software it just wont accept…

repeat as in the articles but still the system didnot recognise my activation…
when I enter the activation code, the system dont even recognise it asking to key in the correction code…
but the code is from my subscription page.
Moedrator can u moves this to the correct section…

Errh, i think I bought from Avast directly cause it was from link in the email.

But my subscription appeared on my Subscription page and it said

Are you running the latest version (20.2) of ADU…!?
Not sure and I will need to go back and check. I did load from the cs article. Also tried loading from my subscription pge… Nothing seem to work…
So I think I shld have the latest version.
