After downloading the Avast driver updater, I had used it twice with the same result. Instead of updating any drivers I was presented with a blue screen with a bunch of suggestions as to why my computer was no longer usable. I tried all of them out to no avail and finally got to the restore one. First try for restore did nothing for me. But second time I was able to restore it back to the originaly before I had used the driver updater. I had spent a couple of days trying to find the right thing to get rid of the blue screen. After a week or so i decided to try it again and same thing happened. I had forgotten what I had used to get the computer back working so had to keep trying one suggestion after another and finally came to the restore one again and thought perhaps it had been that one. I used it and it did work, it got me back online. Now, my problem is that I am past my one month refund date and chatting with support did not help me at all just sympathized with me about how frustrated I must be to purchase something that did not work. And I was given a link to go to for further support. I clicked on the link and it said, NO LONGER AVAILABLE. So, here I am with almost a year left on my subscription that I can’t use and no help as to how to get a refund. I will try the telelphone next but read on here somewhere that it was not answering. Anyone else experience the blue screen of death or how to get a refund after the 30 days if you can’t use the product?
