не приходит ключ Avast Driver Updater

8 сентября 2018 года оплатила утилиту Avast Driver Updater. Пришло письмо (с адреса:avast@digitalriver.com):

Примерно дней через 5 написала запрос - пришло похожее письмо.
Последний раз “пообщались” вот с таким ответом:

Потом возвращаемся сюда и видим, что у Вас заказ от DR. Вот туда и пишите, к сожалению, на английском. Тут нет сотрудников этого магазина. Помочь никто не сможет.
